While those methods work to some extent, there are some other natural ways to get rid of those wrinkles. All it takes is a couple of fingers and your face to do these exercises. The results will stun you.
This exercise can help you fight nasolabial folds. In short, it means that you can reduce your laugh lines and wrinkles. In order to do this exercise, gently push the corners of your mouth upwards with your fingers. It’s almost like pulling your lips up in a smile. Then gently pull the skin the opposite way. Strain your muscles against the pushing and pulling and feel the resistance with your fingers. Repeat this 10 times.
This particular action can make your lips firm and plump. In order to do it, imagine that you’re whistling. Purse your lips outwards and strain those muscles as much as you can. Hold this position for about 5-10 seconds before slowly blowing air out to return your lips to their natural state. Repeat this at least five times.
This exercise can help you get a smooth forehead. To do so, place your palms on your forehead such that your little fingers should be pressing the skin above your eyebrows. Ensure that your remaining fingers are on your forehead to keep it from wrinkling. Then, try to resist your fingers as you raise your eyebrows in a surprised expression. Slowly relax your forehead and repeat the exercise 20 times. For the last round, try to make the maximum effort and over time, increase the number of repetitions.
This exercise can help make your cheeks look fresh. In order to do this exercise, take a deep breath in through your nose and hold it for 3-5 seconds. Keeping your cheeks puffed out, blow out the air with a force through your mouth but without opening your lips.
This exercise can aid in fighting off drooping lip corners. To do this activity, place your fingers inside the corners of your lips. Then gently pull the skin towards your ears but not so much that you feel pain. Resist the pressure of the fingers by straining your lip muscles. Repeat this about 4-5 times.
6. Brightened eyes
This exercise can help you get rid of eye wrinkles. Place your fingers near the edges of your nose. Then in a circular motion, massage your skin gently from your nose to the tips of your ears. Repeat this a few times.
This can smoothen out folds of skin between your nose and your eyes. Keeping your lips closed, keep your index fingers along the side of your nose. Then without moving your fingers, strain your lips and try to press them as close as you can to your teeth. It should look like a pout. Hold the muscle tension for a few seconds before relaxing and repeat a few times.
